West -- 480-East (From Parma / North Ridgeville areas):

  1. Take I-480 E toward YOUNGSTOWN.
  2. Merge onto US-422 E via EXIT 26 on the LEFT toward I-271 N / ERIE PA / WARREN.
  3. Take the MILES RD exit toward BEDFORD HTS / NORTH RANDALL
  4. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MILES RD
  5. Pass the Public Storage facility until you get to the 1st traffic light.
  6. Turn right into the office complex and dead end into the last building.
  7. We are the last office to the right. (23000 Miles Road)

West – I-90 East (From Cleveland / Westlake / Avon areas):

  1. I-90 E toward CLEVELAND.
  2. Take the I-71 S / OH-176 S exit- EXIT 170B- toward COLUMBUS
  3. Merge onto JENNINGS FWY / OH-176 S toward PARMA / DENISON AVE.
  4. Merge onto I-480 E via the exit on the LEFT toward YOUNGSTOWN.
  5. Merge onto US-422 E via EXIT 26 on the LEFT toward I-271 N / ERIE PA / WARREN.
  6. Take the MILES RD exit toward BEDFORD HTS / NORTH RANDALL
  7. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MILES RD
  8. Pass the Public Storage facility until you get to the 1st traffic light.
  9. Turn right into the office complex and dead end into the last building.

East -- 271-South (From the Mentor / Willoughby / Eastlake areas):

  1. Take the I-271 S toward CHAGRIN BLVD / COLUMBUS / EXPRESS LANES.
  2. Merge onto I-271 EXPRESS LN S.
  3. Merge onto US-422 W via the exit on the LEFT toward I-480 / TOLEDO.
  4. Take the MILES RD exit toward BEDFORD HTS / NORTH RANDALL.
  5. Turn LEFT onto MILES RD.
  6. Pass the Public Storage facility until you get to the 1st traffic light.
  7. Turn right into the office complex and it dead ends into the last building.
  8. We are the last office to the right. (23000 Miles Road)

East -- US 422-West (From the Solon / Bainbridge areas):

  1. Merge onto US-422 W toward I-271 / CLEVELAND.
  2. Take the MILES RD exit toward BEDFORD HTS / NORTH RANDALL.
  3. Turn LEFT onto MILES RD
  4. Pass the Public Storage facility until you get to the 1st traffic light.
  5. Turn right into the office complex and it dead ends into the last building.
  6. We are the last office to the right. (23000 Miles Road)

South -- 271-North (From the Macedonia / Akron area):

  1. Merge onto I-271 N
  2. Take the US-422 E / MILES RD exit- EXIT 27A-B- toward SOLON.
  3. Take the MILES RD exit- EXIT 27B- toward BEDFORD HTS / NORTH RANDALL.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto MILES RD and go approximately .7 miles.
  5. You will go underneath the I-271 freeway bridge.
  6. You will head down until the fourth street called “Green Road.”
  7. Make a left into the office complex at the Green Road light.
  8. Go the last building (dead end.)
  9. We are the last office to the right. (23000 Miles Road)
